Zoot

The Zoot is a classic Australian rock band that were together from 1968 to 1971. After the band split up, lead singer Darryl Cotton went onto a successful solo career in Australia while guitarist Beeb Birtles became a founding member of Little River Band.

Probably the most successful was Rick Springfield who went to the US and had numerous hit singles including ‘Jessie’s Girl’ and also became a soapy star in ‘General Hospital’.
